  1. Passenger/customer has to pay all the charges fixed for travelling.
  2. Passenger/customer shall be responsible for their belongings while travelling.
  3. FRI will be mandatorily taking all the details of the customer and the people travelling, such as id proof, address proof and photo identity for the security purpose.
  4. The customer has to pay all the taxes applied along with rental fares, such as service tax, toll charges and other tax imposed under the law of availing rental services.
  5. Any customer wishing to cancel the booking as to do it at least before an hour of scheduled time.
  6. In the case of luggage left in the car during the journey, the customer should give a written complaint to FRI WAYS service centre within 24 hrs.
  7. All the information provided to the FRI will be strictly prevented and will not be shared with anyone.
  8. The FRI customer care centre will be recording all the calls made to centre for quality and training purposes.
  9. All the information of booking, payment, cancellation, refund, schedule and other details will be intimated to the customer through SMS, email and voice call.
  10. The customer can register complaints or give feedbacks if they found anything against the TRAI regulations.
