  1. Can I change my travelling dates and timings?
  2. Yes, you can change the date and timings of your travelling at least before 8 hours to the scheduled timing.

  3. What if I found any problem with the driver or vehicle I’m travelling?
  4. You can contact FRI customer care centre to register a complaint at any time.

  5. How can I cancel my bookings?
  6. You have to call to FRI customer care centre at least an hour before to cancel the booking.

  7. Do we have to pay fine for cancellation?
  8. You will not be charged any fine if you are cancelling your booking 24 hrs before the scheduled time. But if you are cancelling few hours before or in less than 24 hrs of scheduled timings you have to pay the basic cancellation fee.

  9. What should I do if the driver does not reach on time?
  10. You can call to the customer care centre and enquire for the reason. We will get back to you with the solution or will let you know what the possibilities that you can opt for are.

  11. What are the other charges applied other than car/vehicle rental?
  12. You have to pay toll tax, road charges, service tax and other charges applied under the TRAI rules
