  2. By using FRI ways services and providing personal information you agree to the terms and conditions of a privacy policy.
  3. FRI ways collect your name, address, mobile number, email id and password for registering and providing you with a hassle free services, identifying as a unique customer. We also collect your travel details such as location, address, travel time and destination location only for the confirming your booking requests. In your profile you will be given the option to save your residential address, official address and favourite travel addresses to have easy access every time you log in. You will be given the option to provide your reviews, feedbacks and ratings to improve the services offered by us. To provide you proper services by identifying your device, we collect your mobile operating system type and device id. We will be using your mobile number shared with us to send your locations for tracking and ICE alerts.
  4. All the information provided by the user will be stored only for the purpose of providing better services. It will not be shared with anyone for any other purpose and will be guarded with a highly secure system.
  5. To our loyal customers, we would sometimes send information on our new services, special offers and discounts through the registered email id and mob number which we find will be useful to a user. The user can always opt out if they do not wish to receive such information through the link provided.
  6. We are committed to secure all the information provided to us and implemented strict policy guidelines to protect every personal information provided and added in our system/application.
  7. By using our services through website or app, you agree to provide the required information and use it accordingly. You also agree to disclose the information to the service partners to provide you with the best services without harming your security. We strictly do not sell or rent any personal information to any third person or parties.
  8. FRI ways policy may change with or without information from time to time to update with better policy system. If in case you find any information stored is incorrect and would like to change, you can call us or write us at any time and we promise to correct if we find it is required.

End to End Payment Flow

  1. Customer Has To Pay To The Company By Selecting Any Of These Options
    • Pay Full Amount using Debit / Credit cards or Mobikwik Wallet
      Here the customer can pay full amount of the trip through any type of cards (Debit / Credit ) or through Mobikwik Wallet .
    • Pay 15 % using card and pay rest to driver
      Here the customer can pay 15 % amount of the trip to the company through using any type of cards (Debit / Credit ) or through Mobikwik Wallet and rest amount can be paid to the driver after the trip either by cash or through mobikwik wallet or pay directly to the company through any type of cards (Debit / Credit ) or through Mobikwik Wallet . .
    • Pay Full amount to driver
      Here the customer will pay full amount to the driver after the trip is over either by cash or through mobikwik wallet .
  2. If the customer cancel the booking then the payment of amount will be paid to the customer card account they used to make the payments or to any other bank accounts authorized by the customer to the company within 5 to 7 working days.
  3. If the customer request for the change of bank account details then the customer has to sign a form of letter in which they have to mention that they are authorized person to the bank account they have provided and the payment will be processed within 5 to 7 working days in their change bank account they have provided to the company.
